Does a shed concrete floor have to be level or can it grade slightly front to back?

If it's your shed, you can have it vertical for all I care.

Front to back would be an unusual choice (sloping downward from back to front makes slightly more sense, since that way it would drain out the front rather than pooling in the back), but if you have a drain in the back go for it.
