Who is Dr Sidney Sikes in the Westing Game?

Dr. Sikes is a friend of Sam Westing. He was in on plot with Sam Westing when Sandy pretended to die. So when Dr. Sikes came to check him, he announced sandy was dead but actually knew he was not.
