It has been claimed that Alice's Adventures in Wonderland was banned in Hunan Province, China. This claim seems to have originated from a single source, Banned Books 387 B.C. to 1978 A.D., by Anne Lyon Haight, and Chandler B. Grannis, R.R. Bowker Co, 1978, but there appears to be no corroborative evidence to substatiate the claim available online.
