How do you find the bell in oracle of seasons?

In "The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Seasons," you can find the bell by first obtaining the Seed Satchel from the Maku Tree. Then, head to the eastern part of the Holodrum region to find the Maku Tree's location. Use the Seed Satchel to plant a Mystery Seed in the nearby soft soil, which will grow a vine leading to the bell. After climbing up, you can collect it to progress in the game.
