No. Your chances of getting pregnant again soon after giving birth are not higher than at any other time and could be lower if you are breastfeeding, due to certain hormones released during lactation that suppress ovulation.

That said, breastfeeding is not a particularly effective means of Birth Control, so use an additional method if you don't wish to get pregnant again.
