Poor quality or stuttering feedback can have many causes.
1. You may have a codec library with poor performance. Try installing a codec pack that may replace / upgrade your current one. Examples include the XP Codec Pack and K-Lite.
2. You have a low-performance computer, or your computer is swamped by running programs or spyware. Try closing any unneeded programs, and install a good anti-virus.
3. The video file you are trying to play is corrupted or has a low framerate. There is not much you can do about this, except download another copy.
4. You are streaming the video from a website, and it isn't downloading fast enough. Wait for the video to buffer completely before trying to play it.
