How is the conflict resolved in captain Phillips?

In "Captain Phillips," the conflict is resolved when the Navy SEALs successfully rescue Captain Phillips from the Somali pirates who had hijacked his ship. The SEAL team manages to take out the pirates and safely extract Captain Phillips without any further harm.
