Example of case presentation for nursing?

For your nursing class you present to your instructor in writing as well as an oral presentation an example of caring for a particular patient from start to finish; your first meeting with the patient, your initial observation as you speak with them, note taking and history as per the patient, initial vital signs - b/p, pulse, respirations, etc., do an overall assessment of the body including lung and heart sounds, pulse points, skin colorings, pupil assessment, bowel sounds, assess mind orientation, any skin breakdowns. All would be noted in full in the chart.
