What can you do to stop animal extinction?

Illegal hunting of animals for their fur or other valuable items play a key role in the extinction and endangerment of animals globally. The purchasing of these items should be restricted in order to send a message to poachers that their illegal hunting of endangered animals will no longer be rewarded.
