How much does walmart distribution center orderfillers make?

I worked as an orderfiller at Wal Mart for 9 months ending on May 1, 2009. My final pay rate was 15.90 hourly plus incentive. It doesnt take much to max out on incentive making you an extra $5 an hour. So after less than a year I was making almost $21 per hour.
