You need some "keys" to fit in the slots of the corners o the stereo, which can either be ordered online or at a dealership. Also, you can make them with the metal sstrips of a hanging file folder. At the ends, cut off the hook where the strip thins down at a 45 degree angle. Do this on both ends of two strips, and insert it straight into the slots. You should feel it click and stick your finger in the tape player, the stereo should come right out.
