What are the Omaha poker rules for Hi-Lo?

In Omaha Hi-Lo, players aim to make the best high hand and/or the best low hand. Each player is dealt four hole cards and must use two of them, along with three community cards, to make their best hand. The pot is split between the player with the best high hand and the player with the best low hand, if there is one. To qualify for the low hand, a player must have five cards 8 or lower.
