One example of this is the Maharlika Highway, it is via accessible by Roman Superhighway, Olongapo-Gapan Road (also known as Jose Abad Santos Avenue, named after the chief justice during the Japanese occupation, and when you see the cross intersection, this is the Asian Highway Network of the Philippines, or also known as AH 26, or go straight, you see the U-shaped road/curved road, the terminus of it is the Maharlika Highway, this is one of the longest highway in the Philippines, among the Strong Republic Nautical Highway. This is the example of the Asian Highway Network, this is the highway that crosses the continent and reach Europe by land. This is one of the longest highways in the world (with the exception of Philippines, which is not being connected with other networks). It is being maintained by the UN ESCAP and the governments in all countries in Asia to improve the network at all.
