What are the rules for playing "I Declare War" with 3 players?

In "I Declare War" with 3 players, each player is dealt an equal number of cards face down. Players take turns flipping over their top card simultaneously. The player with the highest card wins the round and collects all the cards. If there is a tie, a "war" occurs where players place three cards face down and then flip over a fourth card. The player with the highest fourth card wins all the cards in the war. The game continues until one player collects all the cards.
