What did Anne Frank mean by Hitler took away your nationality long ago?

I'm not sure, but I think she referred to Hitlers apartheid system. The white with blond or bright hair and blue eyes was the ultimate race. Anne Frank probably ment that no one had their nationality left, but all were divided into groups of racial origin.
