If you're on birth control and you bleed a little what does that mean?

It probably doesn't mean anything but ask your nurse or doctor next time you visit. I'm on the contraceptive depo injection and when i first began the injections (every 3-4 months) i had very uneven bleeding but it's settled down to pretty much a normal period now.

I hate my period as much as the next person but I'd personally rather have one whilst on Birth Control so that i know it's definitely working and I'm not pregnant!!
