Who is Sukhwa Young?

Sukhwa Young is a Korean American born in Anchorage, Alaska in October 24,1985, that moved to Tampa, Florida at the age of 11. He was a tennis player and was number 1 in the USA in the juniors. During his tennis days he was sponsored by Nike and Head. He played some top professionals such as Rafael Nadal, Marcos Baghdatis, Gael Monfils, Juan Monaco, and Jo-Wilfrid Tsonga. He is friends with many pros such as James Blake, Martina Hingis, Ashley Harkleroad, Jennifer Capriati, and Mardy Fish.

Sukhwa Young attended Saddlebrook Prep for middles school and high school on a full scholarship. After high school he attended Georgia Tech and majored in International Affairs on a full tennis scholarship.

While playing tennis Sukhwa Young has traveled to over 30 different countries and many cities and states across the USA. He is fluent in writing and speaking in English and Korean.

Sukhwa Young has also played the piano since five years of age, and has had a black belt in Tae Kwon Do since the age of 11. He enjoys watching all sports, playing pool, poker, and video games.

Sukhwa Young is currently a commercial real estate agent in the Tampa Bay area with over $30,000,000 in listings. He has listings from businesses such as gas stations, dry cleaners, restaurants, liquor stores, laundromats, groceries, and commercial properties such as motels, hotels, apartment complexes, ALF's and strip plazas. He also has land such as churches, vacant land and real property. He also specializes in retail and office space. He works for Exit Extreme Realty and is also the Treasurer of the Korean Chamber of Commerce and an Executive member the Asian American Coalition of Florida. He currently is a member of the Hunters Green BNI, and also a member of the Wesley Chapel Rotary Club, where he is responsible for the club's participation in the Great American Teach-In.

Sukhwa Young was one point ranked top 20 Realtor in Florida and has won the Rookie of the Year award for Exit Realty in the State of Florida for 2009.
