Can you get a absol in Pokemon Red fire?

First of all, it's Firered, not Red Fire.

There is no possible way to obtain a Absol in Firered without cheating. You can only catch it in Pokemon Ruby, Sapphire, or Emerald version. Absol can be found in a tall patch of grass in a route on the left side of Fortree City. It's pretty rare, about appearing every 5-10 Pokemon you encounter. It will be around Lv. 20-25. Once you catch it, trade it to Firered with a Wireless Adapter. Good luck!

P.S. They don't sell Wireless Adapters anymore, so unless you have two Gameboys and two Wireless Adapters, there is no other way of obtaining Absol, except cheating of course.
