Does antibiotics keep you awake

yes they do. i am on ceftin, day 3 of 10 days, and i just fell asleep during my lunch break. i am sleeping very fitfully at night which is a plus with the antibiotics but unfortunately, i am exhausted all day too. can't wait to finish the regiment.
