A cheat for catching electabuzz in blue?

In Pokémon Blue, you can't catch Electabuzz since it is exclusive to Pokémon Yellow. However, if you're looking to catch one, you can trade with a friend who has Yellow and can catch Electabuzz in the wild. Alternatively, you could use a Game Shark or similar cheat device to manipulate the game and encounter Electabuzz in your version.
