Do katniss ever confront gale when he killed her sister?

warning: Obviously major spoilers!

But yeah in a way she is, shes upset to.

shes not angry directly at gale but whenever she thinks of the bomb that killed her sister she thinks of Gale because it was his idea.

Of course he didn't know what the bomb would be used for, but whenever she thinks of it all of the feelings of grief and hurt and loss will be tied to him now.

so in a way she is angry at him but more upset.
