Why won't my sony dsc-s700 lens close?

Ok, first when you turn it on does it say Cyber-shot then shut off?

If so, keep reading....

Chances are that you wedged the camera between a tight space. If the lens wont close, then you should try to gently push it with a screwdriver or something. Make sure you are gentle. The same thing happened to me, and now my camera works fine. Hope this helps!
