Are david caruso and amina tyrone still dating as of 2010?

My husband and I saw David Caruso and a young Armani looking woman in Carmel the weekend before last Thanksgiving. I thought she must be his daughter but my husband thinks she is his girlfriend. She looks young but at the same time looks about forty five, like she's been around the block a few hundred times, i.e. damaged goods. Way to much sun exposure for sure, the leather on my riding boots look softer than the skin on her face. To summarize: a bonified STD carrying skank for sure. Oh and by the way he looks like a mal nourished alcoholic with every capillary in his swollen face bursting through his transparent pasty skin.
