How do you put a cartilage ring and ball in your ear?

Slip the ring over your ear to the hole. Then, rotate the ring through. The bead should have small dimples on either side. Put one of the dimples on one side of the ring and press the other dimple into the ring this will take a few tries. If the ball is too small for the opening press the ring together to make the opening smalller.
