How old do you have to be to get your bellybutton persed?

well, I'm 13 and i got my belly button done over half a year ago. if you go there on you'r own at my age they would probably ask if you would phone you parents and let them speak for you. my mum came with me and my ffriend to hold my hand because it's really nurve racking! :) worthit though
