What are beavecoons?

On iCarly, Jerry Trainor, the role of Spencer, is obsessed with the Native American myth of the "beavecoon", a hybrid, or mix, of beaver and raccoon. In Spencer's explanation, he call it, quote, "head of beaver, rump of racoons."
