If you mean the Rinnegan Sharingan Combo, overall there would not be a good reason for him to receive it especially since the mix dilutes him and kind of goes against his arrogant ideal about the strength about of the Uchiha. Besides it's bad for the character not to be too overpowered. With a mix of the Rinnegan's powers such as Chibaku Tensei and Shinra Tensei, and the Sharingan's abilities of the Susan'o and Tsykuyomi he would be too overpowered and probably could not use them too much seeing as how Susan'o sucks a lot of chakra and depending on which eye he loses for the Rinnegan one or two of the powers will be lost will gone since the abilities lies in the eyes of the Sharingan.
