Some of the structures considered to be the great wonders of the world have remained the same, such as the great wall of China, the Colosseum in Rome, and the Taj Majal in India. Newer additions are the Christ the Redeemer statue in Brazil, the Chichen Itza Temple in Mexico, Machu Picchu Peru, and Petra Jordan.
