Where is Cids waistband in Kingdom Hearts Recoded for DS?

You must return to Traverse Town using Questploration and redeem points in one of the system sectors to get it. Not all the system sectors will be available initially. To see them all you must beat the game and unlock all the levels of Scan in the stat matrix.
