You'd be surprised how many people actually feel happy right until that moment when the poop is being squeezed out, but by the time it's out that feeling is totally gone.. until your next poop, of course. Sound familiar? Most likely, some hormone is being released at that time, or the dump is passing a particular gland at that time that lets out a hormone that makes you feel happy and/or excited. Many people feel happy right from the time they can feel they have to poop, until the time it is almost out. This is probably because the poop itself is pushing or rubbing against the gland as it gets bigger, and when it comes out this emotion is intensified because the poop is literally squeezed and intensely pushed against the gland, letting out these happy or excited emotions, but when the poop is done, the gland is not being touched, rubbed against or pushed anymore, so these excited and/or happy feelings are gone, until your next poop. :)
