Why does washing your face with soap several times a day reduce a persons chances of getting acne?

well if you wash both your hair and face at the same time your getting rid of the oils in your hair and face that cause acne in the first place it also helps you by drying the pimples you already have because theryre essentially produced by heat and the oils in your face hope this helped:P
