In my opinion a five gallon tank is only suitable for a betta. There are several reasons Raspbora's need at least 20 gallons

1. They swim fast back and forth, so they need a long tank.

2. They are schooling fish that are healthiest in a group of at least 6

3. They grow up to 6 inches long (4 inches in a tank usually), they'd barely be able to turn around in a 5 gallon

4. A 5 gallon requires a lot of water changes to keep the water from getting toxic since there is so little water.

Please see fish as an animal and not just decoration. You wouldn't keep a dog in a small cage it's whole life because it's "pretty". People are very inconsiderate when it comes to fish and then they wonder why all the fish they get seem to die quickly. If you did keep a dog in a small cage, drowning in it's own feces, you wouldn't be shocked if it died in 2 months from disease. So why do people do this with fish? They poop in the water you know.
