What is the meaning of your Brothers Keeper?

This means to me, Someone that does not have the means to supply their own needs with out help from someone else or can't help someone in need because they are in need themselves. We are here to help one another. If we did that our country would be the greater nation in the world because we will not be a divided house that can't stand.
