What is the flight period of Black-winged Legionnaire butterflies?

All year round is the flight period of the Black-winged Legionnaire (Acraea astoboloplintha).

Specifically, it is possible to see the butterfly at any point during the year in tropical Africa. But butterfly numbers may be greater earlier on and down to a handful later on. It depends upon what is going on in the butterfly's life cycle and in the immediate environment.
