The hair salon in Pokémon SoulSilver lies inside the Goldenrod Tunnel, close to Goldenrod City's underground entrance. Two brothers run and own the hair salon, each offering haircuts designed to help you grow a closer relationship with your Pokémon. The more friendship points your Pokémon earns, the better their haircut.
