What are the rules for the card game War?

In the card game War, players each draw a card from their deck at the same time. The player with the higher card wins both cards. If there is a tie, a "war" occurs where players place three cards face down, then draw a fourth card to determine the winner. The game continues until one player has all the cards or a predetermined number of rounds is reached.
