David Jones, because he founded DMA Designs (currently Rockstar North) who developed Grand Theft Auto 1. David Jones founded the company with other co-founders but he came up with Grand Theft Auto (idea that came from Body Harvest for the Nintendo 64 also developed by DMA Designs).
