How do you get rabbits to stop eating the garden?

Tomato vines, leaves, and stems are toxic to rabbits of all ages.

Tomato fruit may be okay as a treat for adult bunnies, but rabbits shouldn't start eating treats (fruit, most veg) until they're about 6 months old.

Baby rabbits, once they're weaned, should have unlimited 24/7 access to alfalfa hay, pellets, and water. Once they're about 12 weeks old, they can start nibbling on tiny amounts of fresh greens.
