Honestly, this isn't a difficult question at all. 1 millimeter is 1/1000 of a meter. 1 meter is approx 3 feet. So, 1 millimeter is roughly .036 inches. Pretty small, eh? 1 Centimeter is 1/100 of a meter, or about .36 inches. Again, not even an inch. We already established that 1 meter is roughly 3 feet. One kilometer is in the neighborhood of 3000 feet. A bit to long for a car, eh?
