In Pokemon Soul Silver how do you get though Bugsy's Gym?

ok go to the spider thing on the left and after you beat this guy go forward and step on the thing after you do that youll battle these two girls mess with the lever thing and go back on the thing but it will take you down battle thisz guy and do the same with a red lever and that's how you get to bugsy
