How do you make your own bubble bath?

Dishwashing liquid (not for the dishwasher) mixed with water works best, but liquid soap mixed with water works too. To make the "wand", you can bend a paper clip into a hoop and dip it and blow...it doesn't matter that your finger overlaps the clip.
