In Naruto does there exist a ten-tailed?

No, there are only 9 tailed beasts. In the first naruto, Gaara (Shukkaku, one tailed) and Naruto (Kuyybi, nine tailed) are the only ones we see. In shippuuden, though, you see Hidan and Kakuzu with another one.
