How can one obtain an 02 SIM card?

There are several places one can purchase an O2 SIM only tariff. The best place to buy this would probably be on O2's own website or in an O2 shop, though there are other phone shops, such as the Carphone Warehouse, who would be able to supply these SIM only tariffs.
