What flashbacks are in The Child Called It?

the whole story told throughout A Child Called It was a flashback. It was told through david pelzer's perspective. He wrote the book as an adult and obviously the plot took place when he was a child. The story begins with David being rescued and the rest of the story his his account of what happened when he was a child, therefor a flashback.
