If a green cheeked conure has a bump on his lower belly what is that?

Assuming it wasn't there before, it could either be a Benign(non-cancerous) or Malignant(cancerous tumor) tumor or something of the other. I'm no veterinarian, but seriously think you should get your petchecked out by an avian veterinarian.
