What hardware is required in a computer lab for a university to connect and share files over the internet?

In order to share files over the internet to be connected remotly or develop a web site you must have and before i list please don't do this with out a IT pro on your own unless your certified or have a degree in IT. you need a PC, server/domain controller, modem, perfeerd gigibit network cards, switch boards and if you want a router also cat-5 cable. If your are asking just local between 9 or more computers you need the pcs with the perfered gigibit network cards, a switch, alos if you want to go wirless you need a WAS.
