There are many slightly different vaccination protocols out there, based on veterinarian experience (some have had better success with slight variations), geographic location and maternal history of vaccination.

The general standard for a healthy puppy, weaned at 10-12 weeks of age from a fully vaccinated dam, is a combination vaccine (distemper and parvovirus plus a few other viruses) at 8, 12, and 16 weeks of age plus a one-year rabies vaccine at 16 weeks of age.
