Wow. no, you will not die. It depends. Sometimes it is normal to have brown spotting before your period. For a few days. It just means implantation, which is an egg transfer in your uterus. Though it CAN mean you are pregnant. Or it can also mean you have some kind of disease or infection. If it continues just to be safe I would go see a doctor. Rather safe than sorry.
