Who does not need a warrant?

What kind of warrant?

All law enforcement agencies such as local/city police and/or State police need a search warrant to legally enter your home,unless they have probable cause which means no warrant is needed such as if they chase a criminal into his or your home,they hear someone inside a home screaming for help,if they are called to the home by an occupant for domestic violence and no one answers the door,if they see a person break into your home through a window or other means,or if your house is on fire and no one answers the door and several other situations of probable cause..

The only agency that does not need a search warrant is the federal government if they suspect the occupants/owners of that home of being terrorist or having illegal ties to terrorist organizations that threaten US security....
