Why William Moseley and Anna Popplewell was not in the movie called The Voyage of The Dawn Treader?

These two actors were not in the film "The Voyage of the Dawn Treader" because their characters, Peter and Susan, are not in this particular book in the Chronicles of Narnia by C.S. Lewis. This book only follows the adventures of Edmund, Lucy, and their cousin Eustace.
